Welcome to CliniqPal, a clinic management software platform provided by WebbyGenius Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CliniqPal, including all features, services, and applications.

By accessing or using CliniqPal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

CliniqPal is designed to be used by healthcare professionals, clinics, and their authorized staff. By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use such services under applicable laws and regulations.

CliniqPal can be used to manage and operate your clinic for;

• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Maintaining patient records and history
• Creating prescriptions and clinical notes
• Handling billing and administrative workflows

You will use the platform for legal purposes only and in a professional manner.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable healthcare, privacy, or data protection laws
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Disrupt or interfere with platform performance or security
• Copy, scrape, or misuse data from the platform
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities using the platform

You need to register for an account with accurate and complete information in order to use CliniqPal.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure
• You are responsible for all your account activities
• Every staff member will normally use their own appropriate access credentials

Your right to all data inputted in CliniqPal, including patient and clinic information, remains unchanged.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of your data
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Adherence to relevant data protection and health laws

We use industry-standard security practices to safeguard your data, including encryption and secure infrastructure.

CliniqPal is designed to support compliance with healthcare data protection standards (including HIPAA-aligned practices where applicable). However, you are responsible for ensuring your own compliance obligations are met.

All rights, title, and interest in CliniqPal (software, design, content, branding) belong to WebbyGenius Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any portion of the platform without prior written consent.

CliniqPal may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable charges
• Monthly/yearly subscription terms will apply as chosen
• Access may be subject to suspension or termination for non-payment

As part of our service, we may offer a refund policy as described on our website or subscription agreement. Details of eligible refunds, duration, and terms will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

We will try our best to make CliniqPal available all the time. Notice that we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free services. Temporary downtime in the service comes not only because of maintenance and updates but also due to unexpected issues.

Except where legally not allowed by the relevant jurisdiction, CliniqPal and its suppliers shall be liable only for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of other data, income, or business interruptions.

We may also change, suspend, or terminate your access to CliniqPal upon the following conditions:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is in an inactive or unpaid state
• As mandated by law or regulatory authority

You can also discontinue use of the platform at any point.

CliniqPal may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways or communication platforms). Your use of such services will be governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their operation.

We might modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of CliniqPal after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CliniqPal concerning your use of the platform.
